RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Request for return and/or exchange must be made within 21 days of purchase.
- After merchandise is returned and inspected, Bill Brown and Company, Inc. will replace at no charge all defective material and/or items shipped incorrectly. If no replacement is requested, Bill Brown and Company, Inc. will provide a complete refund, including original shipping charges.
- Items shipped correctly and that were not defective, can be returned for either an exchange with a handling charge of $10.00 or a full refund minus a handling charge of $10.00.
- To mail an item back to Bill Brown and Company, Inc. send to PO Box 903, Trenton, NJ 08605.
- To ship an item back to Bill Brown and Company, Inc. using UPS or FedEx, send to 753-757 Cass Street, Trenton, NJ 08611.
